Mr. Byrne handles a full range of litigation issues for corporate and individual clients in both state and federal courts.

He received a B.S. from Cornell University in 1997 in Industrial and Labor Relations and a J.D., cum laude, from Regent University in 2002 where he was the Chairman of the law school's moot court board.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Byrne was a Law Clerk for Hon. D. Arthur Kelsey, Court of Appeals of Virginia, from 2002-2004.

Mr. Byrne is a member of the American Bar Association, the Virginia Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Charlottesville/Albemarle Bar Association.
