Mr. Martin, one of the founding partners, practices in the area of commercial and residential real estate and probate. He also serves as an Assistant Commissioner of Accounts for Albemarle County, Virginia.

He attended the University of Virginia, receiving a B.A. degree, with distinction, in 1973 and receiving a M.A. degree in 1974. Mr. Martin subsequently received a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia in 1979.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association and the Charlottesville-Albemarle Bar Association.
