Mr. Wren has an active trial practice in a number of areas of law. He represents clients who have suffered personal injuries and property damage and who have disputes with insurance companies. He also has a general civil litigation practice that includes representation of clients with disputes in the areas of commercial law, contract law, and trust, estate and probate law. He also represents families and individuals considering or actively engaged in all types of adoption. He also represents clients in their collection efforts, including the County of Albemarle's efforts to collect delinquent real estate taxes. Mr. Wren attended Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania, receiving his B.A. degree in 1991. He was subsequently awarded his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1996.

Mr. Wren is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, the Charlottesville-Albemarle Bar Association, and the Thomas Jefferson Inn of Court. Mr. Wren currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Tandem Friends School and previously has served on the Board of Directors of Second Street Gallery and Children, Youth & Family Services, Inc., and also as the general counsel of each organization. He is also active in the community as an assistant soccer coach for the St. Anne’s Belfield varsity boy’s soccer team and as a member of the Covesville/North Garden Ruritan Club.
